Did Mundungus Fletcher betray the Order? ›

Though he had a tendency to flee when the situation seemed grim, he never actually turned against the Order of the Phoenix.

In the end, Mundungus might not have been a saint, but he was not irredeemably evil. His character, like many in the wizarding world, was a blend of light and shadow. He may have danced along the fringes of the law, but he also demonstrated moments of courage and loyalty when it truly counted.

Figg and Mundungus Fletcher: Mrs. Figg is a non-magical person born to magical parents, also known as a Squib in the world of Harry Potter.
