Send your prescriptions toANY other pharmacy—do not send them here. You’ll get faster service via mail order.
The pharmacy lacks any sort ofmanagement orurgency filling prescriptions. I’m going onday three without myprescribed medication, and all the pharmacy can tell meis that “they’ll get itit when theycan.”
Walgreens needs some sort ofqueuing system ornotification ifthey are unable tofill your prescription sameday.

I got afalse positive result from the COVID NAAT test atthis place before anurgent flight Ididn’t want tomiss (they run this type oftest ona machine instore). And Itried toreport this false positive result afterwards tothis pharmacy, and the attitude ofthe female pharmacist inshort hair Italked towas extremely unreasonable and awful.
First ofall, Iwant tomake itclear that the false positive might happen atany places, but it’s extremely rare, soif you need arapid result, Wa
lgreens NAAT test isprobably still the best option. And Iknew myresult was afalse positive because the PCR tests Irun before and after this NAAT test were both negative (all the samples for three test were collected within 24hrs).When Iwent back tothe store, all Iwanted todo was toreport this false positive result sothat they are aware and see ifthere any errors (either machine errors orhuman errors) that can beprevented inthe future. But the lady inshort hair Italked towere very stubborn and insisted that they had nothing todo with that result and itnever happened intheir place before. Ifound itunreasonable, because people might just don’t reportit, oreven ifI came and reportedit, she deniedit! She even claimed that itwould bemy own fault ifI had tomiss myflight because ofthat false positive result. Ofcourse Iknew the risk, and that’s why Idid aPCR test the day before myNAAT test.
But this isnot how you respond toa customer’s feedback! There are things neither you nor Ican control orare directly responsiblefor, but blame-shifting inthe last thing you wannado.
The guy Italked toafter she left meat the pharmacy counter was nice— hetook the feedback and apologized for the inconvenience, that’s all Ineed.

Super rude and condescending pharmacist. Didn't catch her name since she could barely give usa few minutes ofher time. Acted annoyed atthe fact that weneeded myhusband's diabetic needles and sensor. Treated usterrible due tothe fact that ithas been two days and two trips towalgreens and they still say they haven't received the order when our doctor has called both scripts in3times. He's diabetic and needs his insulin, Iam appalled how she treated him andI. Scary she isin healthcare. She needs tobe fired. Period.… – show

After waiting inthe drive thru line for about anhour, they closed down the pharmacy after the car infront ofme. I'd waited inline and with noexplanation orcare was shut down before getting the meds Ineed.

I amfrustrated. Every time Icome topick upat this pharmacy, wewait forever inthe drive through lane and then are told our meds aren't ready orit will bea few more hours. Then Icome back and wait inline again. This isa regular thing.

They prioritize shots over filling prescriptions. Waited 6hours and still wasn't able toget the antibiotics Ineeded.

I have been coming tothis place over 5years and today at12:05pm, the pharmacist (I cannot say the name because she has notag name), told methat they will not receive the prescription inless than 45minutes (that was the first time someone ever said that statement there), Idid mentioned about achange name and she only said: noworries wewill textyou. Icame back at3:28pmand again nothing was done. Than other pharmacists looked upfor myboth names and found the prescription, she combined the accounts and said Ihad towait 1hour.Now,4:30pm(and Iare amat the store waiting), Ireceive athat isdelayed because ofinsurance issues. Horrendous wait times just tospeak tosomeone inthe pharmacy. I’ve waited one-two hours. Curbside pickup isa joke. Consistently get double billed for prescriptions. App always offers tohave prescriptions aspart ofmy curbside pickup order, but employees cannot understand that I’ve already paid online. Worse, they refuse togive mea receipt. I’ve gotten ahand written receipt twice.

I’ve been onhold over ahour multiple times totalk tothe pharmacy. Intheory the app isgreat, but there’s amajor disconnect between itand the actual store. I’ve tried curbside pickup for products and medications all onone order, because the app encourages usto doso. But every time Ipicked upmy order they double billed mefor the medications. And told methey could not give mea receipt. Ikid younot. I’ve never been toa store that could not provide areceipt. Especially for meds.Andno, it’s not because ofoffering adigital receipt- Ididn’t get any receipt atall. I’ve tried talking tothe manager about this issue, and that’s ajoke. Iwill say most ofthe pharmacy employees are nice. I’ve had afew goout oftheir way tohelp meout with cost issues.… – show

WORST Walgreens I’ve EVER beento. They mixup your meds and blame you forit. Noone helps you tofix the problem and they make you pay again for the meds they never gave ittoyou. CHOOSE ANOTHERONE.

This has been mypharmacy for awhile now and Ialways appreciate how kind the staff isthat works here but Icannot give higher than a2star because ofthe drive thru option. Ihave always used the drive thru toget myprescriptions and ithas been great but inthe last year orso they started using the same line inthe drive thru for their saliva Covid testing. Nomatter what time ofday itis when Ishow upto get myprescription Inever wait less than 30minutes (most ofthe time longer than that). This place would definitely benefit from aseparate line for people who are doing Covid testing and those just trying topick uptheir medicine.… – show

Regarding the Pharmacy,
Not going into detail, just 0sense ofurgency. Gave usan incorrect time for the refill (told usup to15—20minute wait, wewaited nearly 45minutes). Our refill was sitting there for 25minutes. Wasting time. Little care bymany back there. Please get organized. The guy with the glasses isnice, atleast.
